My Lips but (much) Better
This ones goes to my mom. The other day I was browsing her makeup stash and got interested by the most gorgeous packaging. Even though the color didn't look anything special in the tube, once applied to the lips, oh wow! Let me tell you, I have never found more beautiful natural looking lipstick. Want to hear more? July Favorites 2014
It's monthly favorites again, a time when I sit down and talk about all
my loved products of the past weeks. I must admit that in summer I get
lazy with my makeup and focus mainly on my skin and body.

Minimalist Travel
Coming from the airport, I couldn't wait to turn on my computer and write this blog post. With summer travels all around us, I find myself struggling with what to bring and what I can survive without. Okay, I know you can survive without makeup but as a true beauty addict you know that the struggle is real.
Packing for yet another trip, I had a mission to pack as light as possible and to see what I actually use so I can sort it for the next trip.
Here is what I brought with me.

Perfect Nude
Nude trend has been around for a while, camouflaging lips and nail to invisible accessory. To find the right shade of nude is a long journey, and you will pass through some "looking like a ghost" stations. But don´t desperate, once you find your match you will be friends forever.
Monthly Buy
If you could buy only one beauty product this month it should be Josie Maran 100% Argan Oil. Argan oil is the best-kept secret of Moroccan women to keep their hair
beautiful and soft. It's loaded with vitamin E and essential fatty acid
which are well know for healing and repairing properties. I bought this
multipurpose oil few weeks ago and haven't put it down since.
Worth the Splurge?
Summer is here, and bright lips were never more appealing. To keep my lips in top conditions I rely on Fresh Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Treatment which I discovered recently and feel in love immediately.
June Favorites 2014

Review: Maybelline Color Elixir Lip Color
Today I am back with a review on the new-ish launch from Maybelline: Color Elixir Lip Colors. They are fairly new to me, but I think they have been around for a couple of months now.
Too Faced Natural Eye Neutral Eye Shadow Collection
I was immediately attracted to this palette as it has all the shades you could possibly need for every day makeup look. I haven't really tried much Too Faced products before, but I absolutely love this palette.
Huge Beauty Haul
As promised in my Sunday blog post, today I am back with the second part of my huge Sephora shopping. Today will be all about skin care, hair care and body care and I can't wait to show you so let's see what I bought.
Big Makeup Haul
Without a doubt, Sephora had to be on top of my list of places to visit in New York. And I did some serious damage in there. But hey, you never know when I will be back.

The Softest Skin Ever
Happy June everyone. While in New York, I've discovered the best body milk ever and I wanted to share it with you today. I've picked it up randomly as I didn't bring my own body creme and to my surprise it worked amazingly for my skin.
My In-Flight Essentials
If you follow me on Twitter then you probably know that I am currently in New York. Yay, I am sooo excited.
Flying to New York is a long-haul flight during which recycled air and moisture-free environment is very thought on the skin, making dry skin dryer and oily skin more oily trying to re-compensate the lack of moisture. If you don´t want to suffer from dull and tired visage, it's essential to take good care of your face during the 8+ hour flight. These are all the products I took on board with me.
Summer Toes
New On My Beauty Shelf
I admit, I am a shopaholic and I enjoy shopping new makeup and beauty stuff, which is why we are here. From time to time I collect more products to write haul post but sometimes, I just buy one or two pieces and I want to use them without waiting to collect more. For this reason, I decided to create this series to show you some new additions to my beauty shelf, a teeny-tiny haul.
Honey Lips
Makeup may not be everybody's thing, but a good lip balm is what every girl needs to keep her lips in top conditions. I've already mentioned my favorite nigh time lip balm, but today it's time to have a better look at my daytime choice, Rêve de Miel from Nuxe.
Spring Braid
Welcome back to my blog. Today I am back with a little bit different post. With spring in its full bloom and summer just around the corner, I like to put my hair up and away from my face. One of this mornings I have created this simple but beautiful hairdo which took me only 5 minutes. If you would like to know how to make it yourself, continue reading.
April Favorites 2014
It's that time of the month again...time for my beauty favorites. As always, I have a countdown of my most loved products from the past weeks and you know that I can get a bit rambly talking about my favorites, so without further ado let's jump in.

Spring Tips
Spring is my favorite season. Seeing all the beautiful colors of nature, our dresses getting shorter and brighter, our nails as a colorful accessories. As you may know I love me some great nail polish and here's a breakdown of my spring rainbow. I choose them taking in account color, texture and staying power so your manicure stays beautiful for a long time.
On-The-Go Makeup Bag
I tend to carry a smaller bag around, because as all women, give me a spacious bag and I am going to fill it up to the point that it's too heavy to carry around. For this reason I try to keep the minimum of products on me and I feel comfortable with all the essentials I have in my bag. So without further ado, here are my bag essentials.
Review: Clayspray Masque Kit
I have been testing two new products from Clayspray and wanted to share my thoughts with you. Clayspray products are prepared with natural mineral water and emulsified clay and they are free of parabens, preservatives and perfumes. The range of products varies from different types of face masks, mineral waters and a hair mask. Each face mask is formulated with different clay to ensure a specific result.
Spring Kiss
If you follow my blog for a while, you know that I did some shopping sprees lately, acquiring three new lip glosses. I have been rotating them as my go to lip color, so I figured out that I might as well write about them since I love them so much. Let's talk about my go to lip colors for spring with a little review on each one of them.
Pink Disappointment
China Glaze came up with some impressive shades as a part of their Spring 2014 City Flourish Collection. The color range is gorges with 12 shades, from which 10 are creamy and 2 slightly shimmery. I went with the most appealing to me, a Spring In My Step.
Online Beauty Haul
I am back with another haul for you, but this time it is an internet purchase. Living in Spain is great, but it's harder to get hands on some brands. Yes, they do have Sephora here, but as all European Sephoras the selection of brands is limited, so sometimes I am forced :) to shop online. One of my favorite sites at the moment is BeautyBay. They have free worldwide delivery and you can get some products for better deal than from feelunique.

March Favorites 2014
March has been a moody month. Welcoming us with hope of sunny days and warm weather, saying goodbye with winter chills and sad rainy days. April, please be better.
Nevertheless, it has been a good, long month and I gathered several beauty products which have been loved more than others.

Pamper Essentials
Saying goodbye to the weekend, I wanted to share with you my Sunday pamper essentials. I always felt that Sunday was a day I needed to take special time to pamper myself and prepare for the upcoming week. I elaborated my little spa-like ritual I like to do on the last day of the week or any eve before special occasion.

Beauty haul
I have a haul to share with you today. There have been some sales going on and I might have visited Sephora and might have bought a few products. Okay, only 4 products which is really good taking in consideration that we are talking about Sephora, a place where you go to buy one specific product and end up leaving with bag full of unnecessary goodies.

I love chocolate. I love anything chocolate flavored, colored or scented. I am also a big fan of The Body Shop's products so receiving this personalized birthday gift was just right down my alley.
Spring Blossom
Today I finally feel like doing something different than sleeping and sneezing. This cold hit me really badly, but to celebrate that I can finally breath through my nose, I decided to dedicate this blog post to my current favorite perfume.
With nature awaking around us we tend to gravitate to lighter, fresher scents and Féerie Spring Blossom from Van Cleef & Arpels is a perfect match for this mood.

Naked 3 Valentine's treat
Today is a Valentine's day and I am stuck in the bed with a nasty cold. Constant sneezing and coughing makes me feeling so glam. Not.
Anyway...
There is one thing which is making this day much better. I got to spent all day playing with my new Urban Decay Naked 3 palette. I know this isn't anything new, but I finally decided that today was the perfect day to treat myself to the newest addition to Naked family.
Christian Dior Crème de Rose: Worth the hype?
I finally cave in and bought the most hyped up lip balm out there. It seems like everybody has it, everybody loves it. But the real question is: is it really worth the hype? I have been using this little pink wonder for the past few weeks and these are my thoughts.

What´s In My Travel Makeup Bag?
Review: L'Oreal Shine Caresse
If you read my previous blog post then it is no surprise to you that today will be all about L'Oreal's Shine Caresse Stains which are targeted as a budget friendly answer to YSL Glossy Stains.
I know that I am quite late on the bandwagon with these as they were introduced last year, but I just haven't got around to try them. Until now. And I love them.
Review: L'Oreal Voluminous with Ceramide R 4x Mascara
I used to be a big fan of L'Oreal mascaras but with time I discovered many other brands which I loved that I kind of forgotten about how amazing they are. On my recent trip to drugstore I decided to reconnect with my love for L'Oreal and picked up few of their products.
L'Oreal Voluminous with Ceramide R 4x Mascara has been on market for a long time but I just came across it and decided to share my thoughts with you. Fragrance Friday: YSL In Love Again
In Love Again was originally launched in 1998 as a limited edition perfume to celebrate Yves Saint Lauren's 40 years in the fashion industry. I used to own this fragrance few years ago and receiving it as a gift this past Christmas, I fell in love again.
A fragrance of love, a quivering sparkle, an irresistible vibration like a scintillating commotion… within reach of the heart. |
Rosy Nails
I love pink nails: light pink, dark pink, neon pink, you name it, I want it. Pink nails are elegant, feminine, yet if you add on intensity they become magnetic as red nails but still with girly touch.
It was only a matter of time until I would discover the perfect shade of rose pink. The best part, youcan pick it up from the nearest drugstore.
